Premier League stars and their expensive vacations

The Premier League stars are currently enjoying their winter break by travelling to some of the world's most expensive holiday destinations. Take a look!

What happened?

This is the first year where footballers based in England have been allowed to have a mid-season break where they get to refill their engines and refresh before the second half of the 2021/22 campaign.

Manchester United trio Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Diogo Dalot jetted off to Dubai to live their best lives while Cristiano Ronaldo was also spotted in the Gulf state with his partner.

Meanwhile, Chelsea players jetted off to various locations to rest and recharge, some have even opted to venture out alongside a fellow teammate as Mason Mount and Jorginho went to Miami to watch an NBA game and even met basketball star Bam Adebayo.

The log leaders, Manchester City were due to go to Abu Dhabi, but their trip was cancelled due to concerns about coronavirus travel restrictions. This meant that their stars could go to some of the most interesting places as Bernardo Silva chose to go to Asia to enjoy a retreat in Sri Lanka.
