With football being in the era of peak fitness and speed, Komphela is leading the way as he still effortlessly benches and works out.
This means that the co-coach is one of if not the most ripped managers in the DStv Premiership, a feat that he previously had to compete for as the ex-Orlando Pirates boss Josef Zinnbauer kept him on his toes.
Unlike some people who go from skinny to ripped or fat to thin, Komphela has always been shredded and in shape since he started his coaching career with Manning Rangers in 2002.
