Ngezana is currently studying Sport Management on a part-time basis while trying to forge a path for himself at Chiefs as well as the junior and senior national teams.
The 21-year-old, who graduated from the club's youth academy back in 2016, may not be getting much game-time this season but having to work for a place in the various teams while also trying to progress in his academics is a balancing act that require many similar traits.
"I find my studies interesting. It is so far so good to be studying Sports Management, but it is challenging because of the balancing act that is involved in my life at the moment," said Ngezana on his club's website.
"The balance is key because I have to focus on my studies while at the same time getting regular call-ups to the national team.
"I'm driven by passion and dedication to achieve my dreams. I have to focus on all fronts to reach my goals.
"I want to give my studies all my best, while at the same time not neglecting my football career. Education and football go hand in glove for me."
With Matric preliminary examinations getting underway across the country, Ngezana has offered a few words of encouragement to the Class of 2019.
"Have passion, be dedicated and work hard to achieve your dreams. It takes belief in yourself and putting more work in the studies," he added.
"I mostly focus and know that there's life after football. I wish everyone sitting for exams during this period all of the best."
