Former Mamelodi Sundowns captain Thabo Nthethe says he is not ready to retire from football.
Nthethe was spotted together with former Bloemfontein Celtic striker Petrus Ngebo coaching during the Shaka Residence Easter Tournament held in Soshanguve this past weekend.
The tournament was sponsored by local businessman Tshepo Letjane and HM Pitje Foundation. 'Mr Cool' brought his own team, Nthethe FC, to the tournament which was however booted out of the competition in the quarter-finals.

The 36-year-old has not ruled out the possibility of venturing into coaching and also forming his own team in the future.
"I only had the team for a week and three days. I won't say it's my [coaching] career for now but it's something I can fall into," Nthethe tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"For me, to be on the field of play, that's what I love. If I get a chance to give what I have learned during my football career, I will do that,"
"I have not yet retired. I am still looking for offers. If a new offer comes, I will just hear and see if it is an offer I can go for or an offer that can change my mind after my playing career."
Ngebo, who last played for Highlands Park in the PSL, also reveals that he has not yet retired from football and is also waiting for new offers.
"I have not yet retired. I was just here to assist Thabo [Nthethe] with his team," he says.
Meanwhile, Nthethe has showered the organizers of the Shaka Residence Easter Tournament with praise for staging an exciting event.
"This was the first time they organized this tournament and it was very successful. They must now focus on next year," Nthethe adds.
"I believe next year's tournament is going to be much better and bigger than this year's tournament. It was the first time but it was one of the best tournaments during the Easter holidays."
