With a bit of tension between South Africa and Ghana's football fans, Asamoah Gyan's visit to Mamelodi Sundowns president Tlhopie Motsepe and company may just settle the dust between the two rivals!
Not too often do you see a prominent international athlete visiting a local club, but at Chloorkop it has become a bit of a habit as a while back they even had the superstar ex-sprinter Usain Bolt.

Are we missing something?
Former English Premier League striker Gyan has surprised many with his visit to the Masandawana training ground. By the looks of it, it was just a casual visit to have an inside look at the club and meet with the entire squad and team staff.
The Black Stars centre-forward shared images of himself on Twitter receiving a special gift from none other than The Brazilians' president, Motsepe Jr.
"I visited Mamelodi Sundowns today with my man Mozez Praiz. I met the club's chairman, players, and technical team. I was impressed with what I saw today. Great club," the 36-year-old Tweeted.
Gyan is currently without a club and his visit almost raised suspicion as to whether he is maybe considering his future in Mzansi.
For now, Ka bo Yellow fans are not getting ahead of themselves as Gyan's candid caption shows it was just a casual pop by.
Did you know?
Gyan is Ghana's all-time leading goalscorer with 46 goals, per Transfermarkt.
