Kaizer Chiefs' three-match winning streak in the DStv Diski Challenge came to an end after a thrilling a 2-2 draw against Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.

Interestingly, Masandawana were on a three-match winning run themselves prior to the match to now settle for a point that by the way keep them in the title reckoning.

Thulani Mabaso put the Amakhosi earlier on before a double from Tshiamo Masisi steered Masandawana in front at halftime only for Neo Bohloko to salvage a draw thereafter.

Magesi FC 1-3 SuperSport United

SuperSport United return to winning ways to remain fifth on the table following a 3-1 victory over Magesi FC out in Polokwane.

The victory guides the men from Tshwane four points off the league leaders Mamelodi Sundowns, as a brace from Thabang Makhubo paved way for victory.

Further strikes from Bohlale Ngwato before a consolation from the new boys in the form of a spot-kick by Michael Khota put matters to bed and ensured the points for United.

Golden Arrows 2-3 Cape Town City

Cape Town City got back to winning ways too with an entertaining 3-2 victory over the struggling Golden Arrows on the road.

Abafana Besthende's difficult start to the season continues having won just once all season, as City maintain touching distance with the earlier pace-setters.

The Citizens now lie fourth on the table on the back of this victory, while Abafana Besthende occupy 14th place currently.

Richards Bay FC 3-2 Chippa United

Ntonelo Bomelo stole the show to lead Richards Bay FC to a 3-1 success over a battling Chippa United out at the Chatsworth Stadium.

The former managed to light up the venue through a first-half hat-trick which ultimately steered them victory amidst a spell of resistance.

With the win, the Natal Rich Boys move up to seventh-place with the Chilli Boys six positions below their counterparts.

TS Galaxy 2-0 Polokwane City

TS Galaxy overcame Polokwane City 2-0 to extend their winning run of form to six matches and jumped into sixth-place on the table.

For Rise and Shine, the fortunes aren't so bright and hit a three-match losing run to remain right outside the top-half bracket.

Stellenbosch FC 3-2 Sekhukhune United

Stellenbosch FC reclaimed top spot from Mamelodi Sundowns in the DStv Diski Challenge with a 3-2 victory over Sekhukhune United on Sunday.

The Maroons needed no time to get settled as Kyle Bailey, Cheswyn Philanders and Jeandre Gaffoor hit the ground running right from the onset.

Babina Noko got a bit of their own with Tshidiso Tshehla and Sphiwe Msimango, but it wasn't enough to see the table-toppers over the line.

AmaZulu 3-0 Marumo Gallants FC

AmaZulu ended the first half of the season in style and moved into tenth spot on the table through a 3-0 victory over Marumo Gallants FC.

The KwaZulu-Natal outfit have had a tough start to the campaign before managing to come good in recent, with the visitors still in search of victory and lying in the bottom-two.
