Samkelo Mzolo's hat-trick helped Golden Arrows engineer a comprehensive 3-1 victory over Swallows FC at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium in Clermont.
Abafana Besthende made the ideal start from Mzolo's effort, but the Dube Birds pulled one back through Raymond Ngonyama only for Mzolo to get his second before the break.
Mzolo then made it three and furthermore secured his hat-trick late on to give his side an impressive victory and leave the Dube Birds in the bottom-half.

Table-topping Cape Town City stretched their lead at the summit of the Diski Challenge following a narrow 1-0 win over Richards Bay FC at the Malta Sports Complex.
With the first half ending score-less, the Citizens managed to come out for the second half fired up and bagged the win in the end.
Stellenbosch FC 1-1 Maritzburg United
Defending champions Stellenbosch FC remained in the top-three on the table following a 1-1 draw against Maritzburg United at the Idas Valley Stadium.
The Maroons trailed at the course of the interval from a spot-kick by Asanda Buthelezi, but responded after the beak and snatched a point.
SuperSport United 1-1 Royal AM
SuperSport United dropped two points though remained in the top-half after playing to a 1-1 draw against Royal AM at the Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville.
Matsatsantsa trailed the host earlier on in the first half, but pulled level minutes on the stroke of halftime courtesy of Jabu Matsio.
