Richards Bay FC 0-1 AmaZulu
AmaZulu cemented eighth place with a late 1-0 win over Richards Bay FC in the KwaZulu-Natal derby out at the Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium.
There were no goals during the first half and the score-less affair remained well towards the end before a penalty from Tebogo Mashego separated the two sides.
Stellenbosch FC 5-0 Royal AM
Defending champions Stellenbosch FC jumped to fourth-place after thumping Royal AM 5-0 with a hat-trick from Mervin Boji at the Idas Valley Stadium.
The Maroons were ahead at the break through Boji, who added two more to his name in the second half to complete a fine day's work.
Stellenbosch weren't done with their mesmerizing act in front of goal and two more efforts from Qobolwakhe Sibande and Antonio Van Wyk confirmed victory.
