Orlando Pirates jumped to the top of the DStv Diski Challenge with a dominant 3-0 victory over Sekhukhune United at the Wits Football Stadium on Saturday.
A superb curling finish around the six-yard area by Relebohile Ratomo in the first half put the Buccaneers on course for the victory and maximum points.
More nervous bit of defending from the visiting Babina Noko in particular goalkeeper Mabena granted Ratomo to bag his and his side's second goal shortly inside the second stanza.
Pirates made it three in the final seconds ahead of fulltime with a fine worked finish by Sonwabo Khumalo from a move from deep and helped the Sea Robbers to the top of the table.

SuperSport United continued their winning run of form and strengthened their grip on third place in a resounding 4-0 drubbing over TS Galax at the Wits Football Stadium.

Cape Town City were unable to return to the top of the Diski Challenge table after a frustrating goalless draw against Marumo Gallants FC.
City were leapfrogged at the summit by Orlando Pirates who recorded a 3-0 win over Sekhukhune United on Saturday, while the result leaves Gallants in 11th place.
AmaZulu 1-0 Maritzburg United
AmaZulu jumped two places up the table and into fourth-place with a narrow 1-0 win over Maritzburg United in the KwaZulu-Natal derby.
The host were, with Maritzburg in 13th, though the defeat has dropped the latter a position down the table as Usuthu's solitary strike proved enough to separate the two from each other.
Swallows FC 1-0 Chippa United
Swallows FC moved off the bottom-two positions through a late and hard-fought 1-0 win over Chippa United in a bottom-two tussle.
The two teams struggled for large parts to open up each other before substitute Jordan Marks came off the bench to separate matters and extend the Chilli Boys run without a win to eight matches.
