Cape Town City 1-0 Orlando Pirates
Orlando Pirates were handed their first loss of the season in the DStv Diski Challenge following a 1-0 defeat to Cape Town City at the Malta Park Sports Complex on Sunday.
Pirates missed the chance to move to the top of the table, as the Citizens struck the winner during the course of the first half to separate matters.
Polokwane City 0-2 Kaizer Chiefs
Kaizer Chiefs finished the weekend top of the table in the Diski Challenge with a 2-0 victory over Polokwane City at the Old Peter Mokaba Stadium.
Chiefs remain unbeaten alongside Mamelodi Sundowns, Sekhukhune United and Golden Arrows as the efforts came either side of the half to see off Rise and Shine.
AmaZulu 1-0 Moroka Swallows
AmaZulu got their first win of the season and in the process moved off the bottom of the table following a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Moroka Swallows.
The result leaves the Dube Birds winless and further down the standings, while Usuthu moved towards the top eight bracket as Nelisa Gumede netted early in the second half to ensure victory.
Stellenbosch FC 2-0 Cape Town Spurs
Stellenbosch FC ended a disappointing run of results with a 2-0 victory over Cape Town Spurs in a provincial derby and moved away from the bottom-half.
Mervin Boij, who returned from the first-team broke the deadlock to see the Maroons in front at the interval before a penalty from Azola Jakalashe put matters to rest out in the Winelands.
Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 TS Galaxy
Mamelodi Sundowns claimed back-to-back wins for the first time in this season's DStv Diski Challenge after overcoming TS Galaxy 2-1 on Saturday.
The win also scrapped the Rockets impressive run of form which has seen them surge up the table, meanwhile the victory propels the Brazilians to third on the log.
It is the Rockets maiden set-back of the campaign and are in seventh-place on the standings in the wake of the defeat to the giants from the nation's capital.
Golden Arrows 2-1 Royal AM
Golden Arrows finally got their campaign off the mark after seeing off Royal AM 2-1 in a KwaZulu-Natal derby showing.
Abafana Besthende were in the lead during the interval through Khanyisani Malinga, who had opened the deadlock after just four minutes played.
The host then grabbed a second after the break courtesy of Sbusiso Mtshali, but Royal got a consolation at the death through Nzoyiya.
Chippa United 2-2 SuperSport United
Defending champions SuperSport United' winless run stretched to five matches following a 2-2 draw against Chippa United in the Eastern Cape province.
The title holders trailed the Chilli Boys, but bounced back to grab a point with Thabang Mahlangu on the double for the outfit known as Matsatsantsa.
Sekhukhune United 1-1 Richards Bay FC
Sekhukhune United remained amongst the early pace-setters and moved to second on the league table following a 1-1 draw against Richards Bay FC.
There were no goal at halftime before Babina Noko went ahead with a penalty from Tiwani Mandaza, but the Natal rich Boys snatched a point four minutes from time through Ntlonelo Bomelo.
