The 21-year-old captained the team and led them to a 1-1 draw but he was taken off in the 60th minute.
Royal AMs reserve team head coach,Sazi Ngubane made the tough decision to replace the chairman on Saturday as they were leading 1-0 against the Usuthu side.
This decision appeared to upset the Mpisane who had words with the coach after the decision was made.
It remains unconfirmed if that issue is what was being discussed.

The choice to play Mpisane was heavily criticised on social media despite the player putting in a dangerous set piece that almost resulted in a goal.
