Kaizer Chiefs defender Inacio Miguel's name is back being considered again for international football ahead of the March FIFA calendar dates.
Miguel started the season with concerns over his discipline after receiving four yellow cards and one red card in his first six games for Chiefs after coming in from Petro de Luanda.

However, he has been able to stand up and establish himself as a regular of note with 19 appearances to date.
Through commanding at the back, the 29-year-old also has goals, with three so far.
The long list of names that Angola coach Pedro Goncalves has on his table has Miguel falling under consideration.

Palancas Negras have two 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers, against Libya and Cape Verde, in March.
Miguel has five caps for Angola and while he was a late call-up for the AFCON finals earlier this year, he last played in November 2023 as a substitute in a World Cup qualifier against Cape Verde.
