With the team already out of the title race, the Tunisian-Belgian has suggested his regrets have to do with not winning games they were supposed to, which has seen them not occupy a position higher than sixth in the standings after 17 matches.
"We feel that there are points that we dropped that were in our hands, we could have won more points until now," Nabi told journalists in a pre-match press conference, ahead of their Nedbank Cup Last 16 clash against Chippa United.
"Some games we feel were in our control, that we could have done better and we could have had the three points.
"In terms of points, we should have more than what we have right now."
Below, we analyse games that Chiefs would have regrets of dropping points.
2-1 loss to Mamelodi Sundowns
After winning their opening two games, the Naturena-based outfit created a number of chances against Sundowns in matchday three and were unfortunate to leave with zero points.
The tight offside decision on Iqraam Rayners scoring the winner could have gone either way with a different official.
2-2 with Royal AM
The side had a comfortable 2-0 lead going to half-time had no business squandering the two-goal cushion, after conceding the equalizer in the last minute.
1-0 loss against Golden Arrows
Amakhosi created plenty of opportunities but lacked the finishing touch, with Nabi admitting post-match the scoreline was not a true reflection of the proceedings.
1-0 defeat to Orlando Pirates
They also did not have the luck in the Soweto Derby, and conceding a penalty in the dying minutes was a bitter pill to swallow after a spirited performance.
2-2 AmaZulu
Chiefs had luck against Usuthu, with both goals coming from glaring errors by goalkeeper Richard Ofori.

However, when presented with opportunities in front of goal, they were not clinical.
Conclusion
Nabi's men dropped between eight and 10 points in these five fixtures and could be lying at least second on the log with an addition of 10 points in the current standings.
