Arthur Zwane says he was not surprised by former players Daniel Cardoso and Ntiya Ntiya coming back to haunt Amakhosi as Sekhukhune defeated Kaizer Chiefs for the second time this season.
Chiefs' undefeated run came to an abrupt end after falling 1-0 to Brandon Truter's Sekhukhune United at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday.
The winning goal came from Sammy Seabi while Siphosakhe Ntiya-Ntiya, who was released by Chiefs at the start of the season, put in a Man of the Match performance.

Meanwhile, Cardoso, who landed in hot water with the Amakhosi supporters and hierarchy in the build-up to the match after making controversial comments on Chiefs' struggles for silverware, successfully captained Ba Bina Noko to a win over Chiefs for the second time this season.
Cardoso was also captain when Sekhukhune defeated Amakhosi in January at FNB Stadium.
Speaking to journalists after the match, Zwane said he was not surprised by the former Chiefs duo coming back to haunt his side.
"It's always been the case with [former Chiefs] players playing for other teams, they do well against Chiefs. It's part of the game," Zwane said.

The loss further dampens Amakhosi's ambitions of a second-place finish after competitors SuperSport United and Orlando Pirates collected all three points from their respective matches.
Chiefs have a chance to narrow down the gap when they take on relegation-threatened Chippa United on Thursday night in Gqeberha.
