Former Bafana Bafana star Siboniso Gaxa has attained yet another important qualification. Here's a look!
The Story
Affectionately called 'Pa', the retired defender has been an excellent example of professional footballers pursuing education to prepare themselves for life after football.
The ex-fullback previously attained a Bachelor of Arts degree at the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits), and he has now acquired a second degree from the same institution.

While it's unclear which qualification he has attained this time around, his bio on X indicates that he was a final-year LLB student in the lead up to his graduation.

Now equipped with two degrees, like his famous jersey number 2, the future looks bright for Gaxa, who also enjoyed a stellar football career, representing Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Bidvest Wits, and SuperSport United.
Impressively, Gaxa is also part of a group of stars who have made 50 appearances or more for Bafana Bafana, with his inclusion in the national team squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup being a standout moment in his international career.
Notably, his display at the World Cup earned him a move to Belgium after the tournament, as Lierse SK splashed €600,000 (R11.2 million) in September 2010 to lure him away from Sundowns.
His post-retirement career prospects seem intact, as in 2022, he was believed to be working with a media agency called Brand Arc.
