A PSL star is making waves at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, while off the field he seems to be driving his way to success as well.
Stanley Nwabili has featured in the starting line up for all of Nigeria's group stage matches thus far. In the process, he has managed to keep two clean sheets, conceding just one goal in the process.

The Chippa United star is one of three DStv Premiership keep who have kept two clean sheets at the tournament. His Super Eagles side have flown into the Round of 16 with two victories and a draw.
The keeper himself seems to flying off the field too, considering he once shared an image of him with a fiery hatchback, a stunning Volkswagen Golf GTi which he casually placed his cap on as he posed to share the picture of the car and his outfit of the day.
A 2020 GTI comes equipped with a turbo and a whopping top speed of 248 km/h that helps the car go from 0 too 100km/h in a blistering time of 6.4 seconds. It seems that with this amount of speed, Nwabili will have no problems adjusting to games played at a high tempo!
That velocity, however, does not come very cheap. According to AutoTrader, a car like the Nigeria international's would cost someone around R579 000 to purchase.

Football Matters
Nigeria manager Jose Peseiro revealed that after spending four days in South Africa to speak with Nwabili, watching him at training and play in a match, the coach decided to add him to the list of nominees to represent the country at AFCON 2023.
"We believe in him because he showed good quality, good performance, and good capacities. Now I hope he displays the same quality he shows at his club," he told NFF TV via SportsRation.
