The Player had been announced as the 2024 GQ South Africa Sportsperson of the Year, alongside Springbok star Eben Etzebeth, beating some of the country's best athletes to the punch.
Prior to that, however, the Gauteng Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation awarded Mofokeng with the Gauteng Sport Awards Personality of the Year.
Among the nominees were UFC champion Dricus Du Plessis, who recently defended his title successfully by beating American fighter Sean Strickland, and Olympic champion Tatjana Smith.
Now, the department has confirmed that the Pirates star will be awarded a brand new set of wheels.
"Relebohile Mofokeng to receive a new car for the Gauteng Sport Awards honour," the Gauteng Sport Awards revealed in a statement on Instagram.
"#GautengSportAwards Personality of the Year winner, Relebohile Mofokeng will receive his prize of a brand new car handed over by MEC Matome Chiloane.
"The biggest winner of the 2024 Awards, Mofokeng, will be presented with the vehicle (on) Tuesday, 11 February 2025, courtesy of the sponsors, Joma Sport, at VW Westgate in Roodepoort."
