After a triumphant CAF Women's Champions League campaign, Mamelodi Sundowns ladies came home to a well-deserved hero's welcome!
Banyana Ba Style regained their status as the competition's titleholders after losing out on regaining it last year courtesy of a brace from top-scorer Tholakele Refilwe and a 24th minute strike by Boitumelo Rabale that helped them to a 3-0 victory over Morocco's SC Casablanca in the final.

Their successful tournament also saw the side set a record by not conceding a single goal on their way to lifting the title for the second time in their already rich history.
In addition to that, the ladies bagged $400 000 (R7 million) winner's prize cheque.
"When you see me happy, I try to rub it onto my players. A happy player will always deliver results for the team. We want to keep on doing good," Sundowns coach Jerry Tshabalala said after the game as per CAF.
"Now the target, we are hoping that one day we will have a (Women's) Club World Cup and we will go represent as the African champions."
After their continental success, the Pretoria-based side arrived back in South Africa and received a welcome worthy of their triumphs.
The airport was decorated by a sea of yellow worn by faithful supporters celebrating with dance while singing the praises of their team, who are also now one of the best teams on the continent.
