The video of the incident has drawn widespread praise from supporters of The Red Castle and football enthusiasts alike.

Many took to social media to commend Mokwena's humility, with some labelling him a "great man" for his thoughtful act.

Despite Wydad's current struggles on the pitch – the Moroccan giants are sitting sixth on the Botola Pro 1 table after 10 matches, with four wins, three draws, and three losses – this moment of humanity has sparked positivity among the fanbase.

Fans seem to believe Mokwena's gesture reflects a strong bond within the squad.

Check out what they said:

"Where did you find such a gentleman?" asks @khalid_kha_00.

For Wydad, who have not enjoyed the best start to their league campaign, this positive energy in the dressing room might be the spark needed to turn their fortunes around.

Mokwena's actions could serve as a reminder of the unity required to overcome adversity and strive for success.
