The next goal that Peter Shalulile scores for Mamelodi Sundowns will carry the importance of propelling him to triple numbers at the club.
Shalulile has now brought his scoring numbers for Sundowns to 99 in all competitions since he joined from Highlands Park in September 2020.

Number 99 came on Saturday against TS Galaxy and was the fastest that he has ever scored after finding the net within 55 seconds.
The Namibian's goals have come from 190 appearances.
This gives Shalulile an average of a goal in every 1,9 matches, simplified to a goal with just about every second game he plays.
Upon reaching 100 goals, he will only become the second player at the club to ever reach the century mark after Daniel 'Mambush' Mudau.
Mudau went up to 110 goals through the PSL era years with his last coming against Jomo Cosmos in May 2004, while his first was in the Coca-Cola Cup against Bloemfontein Celtic in August 1996.

Having played top-flight football since 1992, Mudau also has goals from the pre-PSL era years, which included a loan stint at Ratanang Moholosiane.
The 31-year-old is into his fifth season at Sundowns and has another 27 goals for Highlands Park from when they were playing in the top league.
Sundowns play Sekhukhune United on Wednesday and Kaizer Chiefs on Saturday in their next two games.
