Midfielder Thembinkosi Lorch has opened up on his arrival at Mamelodi Sundowns from Orlando Pirates and revealed his goals for the upcoming season.
The talismanic midfielder completed a surprise Deadline Day move to rivals Sundowns Friday evening, ending a nine-year stay at Pirates.
The 2019 PSL Footballer of the Season contributed nine goals and three assists in his 20 appearances for Sundowns since February.

Lorch's arrival at Sundowns is understood to have been heavily influenced by then-head coach Rulani Mokwena – who has since parted ways with The Brazilians.
Despite the saga ensuing behind the scenes at Chloorkop, Lorch insists that he remains happy at Downs and has set his sights of continental glory.
"The guys welcomed me really well in the team, so ja, so far, so happy," Lorch said on the Sundowns' Pitchside Podcast.
"I'm happy, like I said in the previous interview, that I came to Sundowns knowing what I want.
"The thing I wanted was to win the [DStv Premiership] league, and what I want now is the [CAF] Champions League. So ja, I want to win the Champions League.
"When I was at Pirates, I used to follow the gents (Sundowns players), checking the way they do things, the brotherhood that they have, the way they love each other. So I was seeing myself being a part of that. So it was easy for me when I joined the team to gell with the gents.

Lorch was part of the Sundowns' that visited Limpopo over the weekend, much to the supporters' pleasure.
"To be honest, I'm happy to see that Thembinkosi Lorch is loved. It motivates me, it makes me want to keep working hard and make them happy as well," the 31-year-old midfielder added.
Meanwhile, at the opposite camp, at Pirates, Lorch is accused by former teammate Paseka Mako of having refused to resolve an issue with then-teammate Deon Hotto.
