Former Mamelodi Sundowns striker Sandile Ndlovu has backed new coach Miguel Cardoso to get the team their first win in this season's CAF Champions League group stage phase.
The Brazilians started their group stage campaign with draws against Maniema Union and AS FAR Rabat.
Ndlovu believes the quality of players that are at Sundowns will make things easy for the former Esperance coach.

"Yes, there are changes at Sundowns, but you must understand in football, once they appoint a new coach, everybody wants to prove a point to him," Ndlovu tells KickOff.
"A new coach might be impressed by a player we don't pay much attention to, and that player might excel.
"The only thing they should seriously guard against Sundowns is undermining Raja. The fact that they are at the bottom of the group makes them more dangerous since they want to move up.
"I was disappointed with the changes in the coaching department; Manqoba still had a chance of winning the other cups. But we don't know what was his mandate.

"As for the new coach, the only thing he needs to do is to motivate the current team; Mngqithi has already done the difficult part.
"Sundowns they've got top players, so Cardoso can't struggle. He must only focus on winning, and then he will introduce his style of play gradually."
