With 1-0 said to be one of the unsafest scorelines in football, one of the best players to have donned the Mamelodi Sundowns jersey is satisfied with the result against Esperance.
Sundowns take a one-goal lead into the CAF Champions League quarterfinals second leg encounter following their 1-0 victory over Esperance of Tunisia at Loftus Versfeld on Tuesday.

"To be honest, I'm not anxious or worried because, although Esperance were away and we were playing at home, a 1-0 result is quite good going into Tunisia," says Roger Feutmba, in conversation with KickOff.com.
"We just need to remain focused. If we can score in Tunisia, it will make it very difficult for Esperance to come back. It's not ideal to concede a goal at home at this level of competition.
"So,for me, it's a good result. Teams like Esperance always perform well because they understand football very well. When they play away, they ensure they don't concede any goals, which is why they didn't create any clear-cut chances during the match.
"If you manage to score, you should stay compact to defend that goal," adds the erstwhile playmaker.
Feutmba believes last year's Champions League runners-up will show a different face on home soil.
"You will see a different game in Tunisia. They will have to attack, and that will work to our advantage because they will open themselves up at the back. To attack, you need to create space.

"Considering the team we have, I believe we can still win in Tunisia. Many Sundowns players are part of Bafana Bafana, which means they've been competing at this level for many years.
"So, I'm not worried at all. For me, this is a very good result."
