Mamelodi Sundowns coach Rulani Mokwena opened up on the pressure to defend their undefeated run, having recently won all ten of their ten DStv Premiership matches this season.
The Brazilians collected their tenth straight win of the season thanks to a Lucas Ribeiro spot-kick to see off AmaZulu at Moses Mabhida Stadium on Wednesday evening.
In fact, Sundowns are yet to taste league defeat since Mokwena took over as sole head coach in September 2022.

Speaking at the post-match press conference, the 36-year-old said a defeat was a key factor for him and his player in keeping the undefeated run going.
"The only problem of getting it (unbeaten run) off your back, is that you have to lose and we are very bad losers," Mokwena told the media.
"I said to them (Sundowns players), 'show me a good loser and I will show you a loser'. We are bad losers, and we don't want to open that door [of defeat] but in every match that we play, defeat keeps knocking on the door and if you open, it will come in.
"Defeat is like that friend that you have and when you open the door, they get comfortable and they call other friends and eventually everyone has taken over your house, so we don't operate on that space."

The win took Sundowns five points clear of second placed Cape Town City on the log table. The Brazilians also have three matches in hand over their closest competitor.
However, Mokwena and Co will now turn their attention to the CAF Champions League when they host Pyramids for a group stage clash to be played at Loftus Versfeld on Sunday. Kick-off is 15:00.
