The University of Pretoria star is being monitored by several teams, particularly from ambitious rivals in the GladAfrica Championship.
According to a source close to the player, Tuks are working on exercising an option in his contract.
"The player is wanted by many teams including Ajax Cape Town and the new TTM owners," the source tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"Tuks want to make sure that they sell him on a bigger deal, they don't want to lose him for free."
His representative Pontsho Madumo confirms there are negotiations underway to extend his contract with Tuks but did not want to talk about other teams' interest.
"We are still in talks with Tuks about a two-year extension but we haven't agreed upon it, so for now it's only the exercising of his option," says Madumo.
"We can't talk about other teams because for now we focus on his current team."
