The 32-year-old, who helped Thanda Royal Zulu win the National First Division in 2016/17 before they sold their status to AmaZulu, will be looking to help Bay climb the table as they are sitting in 10th position.

Cele has played 43 games for Usuthu, scoring eight goals with one assist, but the likes of Bonginkosi Ntuli, Lehlohonolo Majoro and Andre De Jong are ahead of him in his position.
