The former Bloemfontein Celtic and University of Pretoria striker took TTM to FIFA last year after he was owed outstanding payments.
The 29-year-old signed a one-and-a-half-year contract with TTM last season but only received a salary for three months, which was also less than the amount agreed on the contract.
Nyondo has confirmed his issue with TTM and is still waiting to receive his payment from the Limpopo-based GladAfrica Championship club.
"Yes it's true, the matter was taken to FIFA by the Players' Union. The matter was ruled in my favour," Nyondo tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"I would prefer not to say much about the issue and advise you to contact the Players' Union for further comment."
SAFPU deputy general secretary Calvin Motloung confirms the Malawi international is still waiting for his payment after the ruling by FIFA.
"We are still waiting for the club to make the payment. The deadline to make the payment is today," says Motloung.
Despite both Nyondo and Motloung confirming they have not received anything from TTM, the club's CEO Sello Chokoe maintains they have made the payment.
"We have made the payment," Chokoe says via a short text message after he was engaged in a meeting earlier today.
Nyongo is back in the country following a short-term stint with St George in Ethiopia.
