Spurs have started bolstering their squad since the rebranding from Ajax Cape Town was ratified by the Premier Soccer League, with Sali following the new arrivals of Lerato Manzini and Riyaad Norodien.
With the technical team of head coach Vladislav Heric and Ian Taylor as his assistant, Spurs are aiming to build a squad to challenge for top-flight promotion in the coming season.
And the signing of the 31-year-old midfielder will offer their youthful squad some added steel with over 100 top-flight appearances to his name with the Chilli Boys and Polokwane City, while he also enjoyed a stint with Free State Stars last season.
Spurs also confirmed a new deal for centre-back Junior Sibande as they look to retain the core of their squad that narrowly missed out promotion to the DStv Premiership.
