On Saturday the GladAfrica Championship side signed Khulekani Ndlela to boost their squad as they look to sneak into the promotion playoff places.
"Yes my brother, it's true, I've signed with Kings, we've agreed on a three-month contract as you know the situation," Ndlela tells snl24.com/kickoff.
The 31-year-old, who has also been on the books of Royal Eagles and Kwadukuza FC, says he want to use this opportunity to help Kings achieve their dream of playing in the Absa Premiership.
"I want to reward them with good performances and help them get promotion for believing in me," he says.
"I know how much they want promotion and I hope we will use our last games to get that qualification."
Kings' first match of the GladAfrica Championship restart is against University of Pretoria at Joburg Stadium on Wednesday, 12 August.
They are seven points behind third-placed Uthongathi FC with a game in hand, with seven matches remaining.
