This comes soon after assistant coach Phuthi Mohafe told this website he will not rejoin Eagles for the restart of the GladAfrica Championship.
Mohafe has joined club official Morgan Mammila, who has also left his position as CEO to join Chippa United as their new general manager.
Dlamini is currentlyback home in Nelspruit after Eagles failed to extend his contract on June 30.
"Milton is now back home in Mpumalanga. His contract with Eagles expired in June and the club has failed to extend it," a close source tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"There is a state of confusion after Morgan, Mohafe and Dlamini left the club and we don't know who is going to take over in running the club. And the league is set to restart soon."
Dlamini declined to comment on his future at Eagles and referred questions to Mammila, who has nothing more to do with the club. Nobody at Eagles could comment on the situation.
Defender Lawrence Ntswane has also turned down an opportunity to finish the season with the team as he is still owed salaries for the past few months.
Ntswane has since taken Eagles to the South African Football Players' Union (SAFPU) for outstanding payments.
