The former Premiership champion with Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United is training with Sekhukhune United with the view to signing a deal.
Chairman of the club Simon Malatjie confirms they are negotiating with the 37-year-old veteran, who was released by Stellenbosch FC last season.
"Yes it's true, we have Morgan Gould in our camp, he is a very good player with experience," Malatjie tells snl24.com/kickoff. "We are negotiating with him. Soon we will have something."
The Limpopo-based club has also completed the signing of former Polokwane City striker Walter Musona.
"We have Musona," Malatjie adds. "Like Prince Nxumalo, he has a good eye for goals. We believe he will help us with goals up front."
Sekhukhune will make their debut in the GladAfrica Championship against Royal AM at Makhulong Stadium on Saturday, November 28 and will be hoping to make a strong statement under head coach Johnny Ferreira following his exploits with Uthongathi FC last season.
