The GladAfrica Championship side recently bought Bidvest Wits and have made it clear they will be looking for a new coach as they cannot afford to keep Gavin Hunt.
Although he is available for the job, Mashaba says at the moment no one has contacted him from Vhadau Vha Damani.
"Ahh, I can't comment because I'm not in the picture of it bra Sipho," the former Bafana Bafana coach tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"As for me, I haven't heard anything. You are the second person who is telling me about it. Serious, if I knew something I would comment.
"Ya it's not a task actually, it's my area of expertise you know. If anybody needs my help I will definitely go for it. But so far I haven't heard anything official."
Contacted for comment on the rumour, TTM communications officer Tshidino Ndou simply adds: "No idea where it comes from."
