Swallows FC players have been handed an incentive by club boss David Mogashoa after winning a vital match 1-0 against Ajax Cape Town on Tuesday.
Swallows took a giant step towards their aspirations of returning to the top-flight next season after beating the GladAfrica Championship log leaders in an exciting match at Rand Stadium.
Siphelele Ndlovu scored the only goal of the game just before half-time as he headed home Lebohang Mokoena's pinpoint free-kick.

The Dude Birds missed a penalty in the first half when Ajax goalkeeper Nick Hengelman saved Joshua Sauls' penalty and also hit the upright before Ndlovu eventually got the match-winner.
The result moved them three points behind Ajax with three matches to go.

Swallows players could now smile all the way to the bank if they manage to capitalise on the good result and clinch promotion either as champions or via the playoffs.
"There will always be incentives for players when the players do well," Mogashoa tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"We have told our players that there is no pressure. We are taking each game at a time. Our main ambition in the beginning was to stabilise the team in the GladAfrica Championship.

"Now with the possibility of winning promotion or going to the playoffs, we will accept it. We would love to win automatic promotion because the playoffs are always tricky."
Swallows take on Steenberg United in their next league match at Makhulong Stadium on Sunday, while Ajax's next game is against University of Pretoria at Rand Stadium on Saturday.
