Shortly after his unveiling as head coach of TS Galaxy, it was revealed that Mabhuti Khenyeza's first signing would be formally announced in the coming days.
Khenyeza this week left his post as assistant coach at Absa Premiership club AmaZulu after a year of being an understudy to Cavin Johnson and Josef Vukusic.
The former Kaizer Chiefs striker was on Tuesday officially unveiled as coach of the incumbent Nedbank Cup champions, who are contesting the GladAfrica Championship.
“Pressure is a medicine to me, I love pressure, I can work under pressure, I’m here to plant a seed, make better players and leave a legacy.”

Galaxy chairman Tim Sukazi further revealed that the 37-year-old's first signing will be none other than 35-year-old former Mamelodi Sundowns captain Thabo Nthethe, who has already been training with the team for several weeks now.
The veteran centre-back has been without a club since his departure from Chippa United over a year ago but, without giving any further details prior to his formal unveiling, Sukazi confirmed that Nthethe had even been travelling with the team to their recent matches.
The Rockets are currently in 12th position on the first division log standings after 21 rounds of fixtures, trailing leaders Ajax Cape Town by 17 points.
Khenyeza, who has most of last season's FA cup-winning team at his disposal, will face his first test in the form of 13th-placed TS Sporting at Kameelrivier Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
