The winger, who scored two goals for the national Under-23s against Zimbabwe this past weekend, initially joined the Brazilians at the start of last season, but was then loaned backed to Ajax Cape Town.
Dolly is expected to feature on Wednesday when Downs get their season underway against Bloemfontein Celtic in the MTN8, and he says he can’t wait.
“It has been exciting here at Sundowns, especially linking up with players like Teko Modise,” he says. “I’m hoping to achieve big things here.
“Sundowns are a big team. There’s a lot of competition and that’s good because it helps the players grow.”
Dolly says his spell with the national Under-23s has helped him regain confidence after a disappointing end to his time at Ajax.
“Towards the end of my spell at Ajax I wasn't doing well and I lacked some confidence. However, playing for the national Under-23 team has really helped me.”
