The Buccaneers lost 1-0 courtesy of a goal by Tefu Mashamaite. But Vermezovic said this is not the end of the world as there are three more domestic trophies to play for this season.
“We are professionals, football is our job,” Vermezovic said.
“Wins and losses is part of our job and because of that, football is the most beautiful job in the world because every seven or three days you will have opportunities.

“Nothing is over with one loss and nothing is over with one win. We lost and we are sad because nobody wants to lose the game.”
Pirates will meet Chippa United in the Absa Premiership this Saturday, and the Serbian coach is expecting an immediate response from his charges in Port Elizabeth.
“From Monday we have to prepare for our game against Chippa and then there is Telkom and there are always new challenges in football.
“We will regroup and bounce back.”
