In this edition of My Dream Team KickOff speaks to former Bloemfontein Celtic star George Nechironga.
The Zimbabwean selects a talented group of 11 players who he believes are the best he played alongside in South Africa.
"My dream team will be coached by yours truly, me, because I am the one who knows all the players I played with," he tells KickOff.
Formation
"I have formation 4-3-2-1. You need special players for this formation.. We play without wingers. I congest the midfield with ball players, but we have defenders overlapping."
Goalkeeper
"Japhet 'Short Cat' Mparutsa... Very agile goalkeeper, good reflexes and ball distribution are excellent."
Defenders
"Right back is John Mbidzo, an athletic, skilled defender with pace going up overlapping.
"Left back is Wonderboy Hlongwane, solid left-footer and a good crosser of the ball, plus he is a man marker, good in the air.
"Centre-back is Willem Jackson, rock solid defender with pace and man-to-man marker. He can score goals from headers at set pieces. Good athletic legs for covering spaces.
"Centre-back Musa Otieno, will partner Jackson in a combination of skill and tactical awareness, as Otieno is a ball reader kind of defender slow but sure.
Long legs and height for aerial balls. He can play a Sweeper system."
Midfield
"Middle field anchorman, Willem Vries, a solid man in defensive duties. He plays well in front of the back four with duties to mop up dangerous raids. He is good at keeping position plus ball distribution. Good in free kicks, and delays counter-attacks well.
"The central attacking midfielder will be David Modise, a playmaker who possesses dangerous passes. Good dribbler.
"Central midfield is Thapelo Liau, to unlock solid midfield with his ball skills and passes.
"Wingers are Ace Gulwa, a nimble-footed player to rove wide and behind giving him a free role to roam around the right side of play.
"Left-wing is Goodman Mazibuko, a workaholic to stop any raids from opponents. Good in going forward and covering back. I am passionate about football, am a good listener, and possess natural talent as a player."
Strikers
"Striker is a loner Bunene Ngaduane. Strong, holder of the ball, sharpshooter, goal poacher, nimble-footed, good ball finisher.
"Team Tactics... We play as a team because we have ball players, covering system should imply to every player. When we get the ball let's play it skilfully because all the players in the team are skilful.
"We press high and play man-to-man marking, with our central defenders being solid in a sweepers system. Goalkeeper will also be playing that role also as a sweeper and the play starts with him."
