Bees will battle the 2016 African champions at Loftus Versfeld for a place in the quarter-finals of the tournament.
Njedu's side reached the national play-offs of the ABC Motsepe League last season where they fell short of qualifying for a spot in the National First Division.
The Eastern Cape-based side are currently third on the log in their stream of the third tier, with a slim hope of reaching the play-offs again this campaign.
Njedu is well aware the Brazilians are heavily favoured to advance.
“We are playing against one of the best teams on the continent and we will give them the respect that they deserve,” Njedu told SAFA's website.
“This however alleviates a lot of pressure from us because all eyes are on them.
“We will play our normal game with a few ideas that we believe may hurt them should we execute them well.”
Kick-off is at 19h30.
