A solitary strike by Augustine Kwem proved the difference as TS Galaxy again got the better of the Soweto giants at FNB Stadium.

The 68-year-old delved into how to address the club's seven-year-long trophy drought and how to turn his side's fortunes around.

"That solid Kaizer Chiefs [team] has been missing for quite a while," Baxter said post-match.

"It's not just me that's searching for that secret formula.

"If I say we can't give away goals like we did today, in saying we've got to be solid, that's one [reason].

"We can't miss chances the way we did today in searching to be a solid team, that's two.

"I think it's bigger than that, it's finding a way of playing that gets all your best players on the field.

"The conundrum there is, let's say we play with Bernard [Parker], Kham [Billiat] and Keagan [Dolly] as the front three.

"Then, well people will complain that you don't get Mshini [Nkosingiphile Ngcobo] into the team or get Leo [Castro] or Samir [Nurkovic into the team.

"So unfortunately you can't get all your best players on the field in every game, and what that does is you either stick with someone who is doing okay.

"Or you keep rotating the players and you never find a balance. Finding a balance is something that will give you that solid Kaizer Chiefs that we all want.

"It is a bit of a conundrum where you don't want to make constant changes but you're searching for the best balance."
