Kaizer Chiefs to miss Ramahlwe Mphahlele for Nedbank Cup round of 16 clash

Mphahlele will be serving a one-match suspension after recieving a booking in last weekend's Soweto Derby defeat to Orlando Pirates.

Chiefs coach Steve Komphela will have to revert to his usual line-up, which would see Teenage Radebe return to the side after missing the last two matches.

While 'Rama' may offer a bit more in attack, alternating on the right-flank with Joseph Molangoane, Radebe will slot in on the left-side of the central defence while Siyabonga Ngezana shifts to the right.

Meanwhile, Komphela has explained the reason for recently appointed head of goalkeeping Lee Baxter's absence on the bench.

"Lee is going through the processes. He's part of us and working with us, announcements have been made," he explained.

"We just have to go through all necessary prtocols with regards to home affairs – process, procedure, work permits, as requred by government in South Africa."
