Maritzburg United head coach Ernst Middendorp is excited by the daunting prospect of facing SuperSport United in a double-header when the 2021/2022 campaign resumes.
Middendopr's side face a Nedbank Cup round of 32 fixture against Matsatsantsa before a league fixture on 15 February.
"For me, it's a pity to play a team in SuperSport which we will then play again in double competitiveness five days later.
"But it's a home game which means we don't have to travel, and secondly I don't think it would be an easy game if you were to play an opponent in the GladAfrica Championship.
"For us we know we need to be at our best in playing a team like SuperSport who are a team high in quality and that's what we're preparing for."
