The Buccaneers are aiming to redeem themselves following their demoralising defeat to Kaizer Chiefs last weekend.
"They're on a fantastic run and have got a clear playing identity," Davids said.
"You can only admire and praise a team where you can see a coach's personality coming through within the team.
"With Marumo and their possession-based style, it's about us and how we can implement our style.
"It's about us and getting the result, but they're a good side who are in form, and they deserve compliments for what they've done so far."
