The two sides face off in the competition's final showpiece set for 28 May at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium.
Ramasike believes the Brazilians are favourites to get the better of Dan Malesela's Gallants side.
"I'm happy with the previous result as we won 2-1 to advance to the final, and that's what we wanted," Ramasike tells KickOff.
"Marumo Gallants might give us a game, but we will win the cup.
"It doesn't matter if they have our former player Dan Malesela at the helm, as we will teach him a lesson.
"The football he is playing at Gallants he learned from us.
"But one thing I can tell you is it's going to be a good match, as you know Dan knows how to play football.
"I know they are the defending champions, but still we are going to win the Nedbank Cup.
"I always predicted Marumo to reach the final because I know they will give us a good game."
