Orlando Pirates striker Evidence Makgopa has made a bold assessment of Orlando Pirates' ambitions to unseat Mamelodi Sundowns from the Premiership title throne this season.
The Buccaneers have enjoyed a flawless start to the league in the Betway Premiership with seven wins from seven matches. The positive run of form has placed them on top of the log table ahead of defending champions Sundowns.

The league title is among the few that have eluded head coach Jose Riveiro in a trophy-filled two years at Pirates.
However, this time around, there is a growing feeling inside the camp that this could be the season to only win the league title, but even the CAF Champions League.
"Our fans, there is something that they are expecting, which is the league title," Makgopa said in the latest episode of Bucs Change Room.
"That one has to be at the top of our list so we have to. That one is a must. We have to be the champions of the Betway Premiership.
"We want to give them that belief that 'yes, we can do it.'

New signing Deano Van Rooyen echoed the sentiments made by his teammate.
"If we can be consistent in every game, we can achieve what we want as a team," the defender added.
"Like I said, our goal is to win the league and the CAF Champions League. We just have to showcase what we got and I think we can do it as a team.
Pirates will get a chance to take one step closer to that continental dream on 26 November when they take on CR Belouizdad of Algeria in the opening match of the CAF Champions League group stage.
