Jacky Ledwaba believes there should he continuity at the club, which could boost confidence anad morale in the team.
Speaking to KickOff, Ledwaba said it would be ideal for a new coach to continue where coach Riveiro will leave off.
"For me I could say, continue with the coaches who have been working with him. They understand the system very well and the player will also understand that system which will see the team continue from where coach Jose could have left. So I think continuity could be the best way to go," Ledwaba said, speaking exclusively to KickOff.
Ledwaba further stated that assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi has worked with the other coaches before and for three years with Riviero which means he now knows the team and the players better.
"You have seen with other teams where the assistant coaches takes over and the team does well. They should give it a try. The players already know these coaches.
"You know sometimes it takes long to get used to a new coach. Sometimes it works like it did with Riveiro but keeping the same coaches who worked with him could be the best way," Ledwaba added.
