Mohau Nkota has received praise from a former Mamelodi Sundowns captain after scoring a brace on his CAF Champions League debut to help Orlando Pirates overcome CR Belouizdad.
Pirates reintroduced themselves to the continental stage after a five-year hiatus with a hard-fought victory over Algerian giants Belouizdad in Algiers, Algeria on Tuesday evening.

The scoreboard was an all-South Africa affair as Nkota struck twice in the first half to put the Soweto giants in the driving seat, before substitute Khanyisa Mayo pulled one back for the hosts in the second half.
For Nkota, the match marked a perfect debut in the CAF Champions League and took his overall goal tally to four across all competitions so far this season.
Speaking on SABC Sport after the match, Hlompho Kekana - known for his trademark long-range goals and as a man who survived all kinds of weather in this competition- had a feeling of deja vu.
"When I look at it [Mohau's goal], I get goosebumps," says the man originally from Zebediela in Limpopo.
"What I like about it is the boy's technique. These are the kind of goals I like the most because it takes audacity to do that in a crowd that he is not familiar with.
"That tells you that the boys are well-prepared and that the coaches have done their work on the players in this team."
