Former SuperSport United midfielder Jabu Maluleke has announced his retirement from football bringing an end to his illustrious career.

Maluleke brings to an end an almost 17-year career where he featured for clubs such as Black Leopards, Polokwane City, SuperSport United and Sekhukhune United.
The Soweto-born midfielder is set turn 40 in March and has now joined SuperSport United as a development coach.
"Yes, I have retired from football," Maluleke tells KickOff.
"I had to do it now before forced out of the games by fans."
Maluleke has joined Thabo September in the Matsatsantsa development set-up.
