Former Orlando Pirates supporter Joy 'Mama Joy' Chauke has explained her decision to wear yellow colours when the Buccaneers took on Mamelodi Sundowns on Saturday.
Chauke's attendance at the match drew a mixture of varied reactions, having previously said she will not be going back to Pirates.
"I was wearing the Bafana Bafana colours, and people have mistaken them for Sundowns colours. I was there to support my Bafana Bafana players," Mama Joy explains, in a telephone conversation with KickOff.com.

"I was wearing my Bafana Bafana T-shirt. I was not there at Loftus to support Sundowns but found myself sitting next to their supporters because Sundowns has plenty of Bafana Bafana players.
"On the Pirates side, I was supporting the other Bafana Bafana players like 'Tito' [Patrick Maswanganyi], [Nkosinathi] Sibisi, and others. It's just that nine players from the Sundowns side are with Bafana Bafana.
"If I had joined Sundowns, I would have made an announcement like I did when I left Pirates for Royal AM. So, I'm still very much a Thwihli Thwahla.
"Before I came to Pirates, I was a Kaizer Chiefs fan. My whole family used to support Kaizer Chiefs, me included. I loved Chiefs wholeheartedly.
"That was up until I fought with my brother. That was after I told him straight that, 'From today, I'm a Pirates supporter'. It took us more than 22 years to be on speaking terms again.
"I'm from a big family. My father had nine wives and more than 20 children. Imagine standing in front of such a huge family, telling them, 'From today, I support Pirates'," she added.
Mama Joy went on to talk about the clash that was eventually won in dominant fashion by The Brazilians.
"I enjoyed the game on Saturday since my team is still suspended. It's been a long time since I watched local football. I have been killing time attending netball and cricket games, so on Saturday, I decided to go to watch my boys from Bafana Bafana.
"So, I chose to sit with the Sundowns supporters because I wouldn't choose the side of the people who once chased me away at Orlando Stadium [while I was] carrying my ticket.

"I still remember very well that day, bengixosha e stadium. It was so painful. So, on Saturday, I was so happy to see them in pain. For me, that was my revenge. Imagine being humiliated like that, 4-1?
"After each and every goal Sundowns scored on Saturday, I'd look at those Pirates fans who were near us and say: 'Go jewa batho!' [Laughs].
"That is why even when I left home on Saturday morning, I started by praying to my God and begged Him not to allow Pirates to win against Sundowns because I will be a laughing stock. I was happy to see some of them failing to even look me in the eyes. So, my prayers were answered. They must keep on losing."
