In this week's edition of Secret Footballer, a Premier Soccer League coach shares a shocking story of how a club chairman once asked him to throw a match by fielding a weaker team.
He reveals how he was told to step down after he disagreed with the chairman's instruction.
"I remember many years ago I was coaching a football club, and we were doing well in one of the CAF club competitions," the coach tells KickOff.

"But to my surprise, one day, while I was preparing my team for our next game against one of the East African clubs the chairman of the club I was coaching, approached me.
"He said to me, 'Coach we've moved the game to a different venue. We don't want to spend money on anything, and we want to be eliminated', we don't want to go through.
"And I said to the club chairman, how can you ask me to do such a thing when you know I'm a man of integrity? And you know how much me and the players want to do well in this cup competition, and now you don't want to spend money.
"And at that time we are supposed to play a small team from the east of Africa, very weak opponents," he said.

"I said to him, 'Sorry chairman, I cannot do that. I'm a winner, a competitor, so I cannot enter the field with a B Team to lose a game. Sorry I can't. It's impossible for me'.
"He then asked me to go and think about it. After three days I went to the club's office and I was asked, 'What's your decision'?
"Guess what I told them, I said to them, I have decided to play a good strong team.
"His response was, 'No, you are not allowed to play a good, strong team'. Can you imagine? They wanted to be eliminated on purpose.
"He continued telling me, 'If we can't agree to this, then we have to separate. We are no longer on the same page'.
"I remember it was on the 8th of November when this happened, so I said to him, "Please then pay me until the end of December, and allow me to use the car and the apartment until the end of November'.
"I said to him, 'It's okay, you can lose the game without me, I won't be a part of this,' and that's how I lost my job."
