Stadium Management South Africa has explained the process of purchasing tickets for the Orlando Pirates vs Mamelodi Sundowns match on Sunday.
The two clubs meet at FNB Stadium.
This contest will be played following recent disturbing ticketing issues at big matches, which led to the change of the ticket service provider for matches at FNB and Orlando.

"I said from the start there will be teething problems, but we will work through that, and I don't want in any way to compare a fixture with 15 000 to what we expect on Sunday," says Bertie Grobbelaar, the Stadium Management South Africa boss.
"We have learnt valuable lessons and made some changes.
"With where you can buy tickets, the one we want people to use is the digital platform, specifically that of the home club and going into the Orlando Pirates website and clicking on four easy steps - then you receive your ticket.
"The first ticket you receive is blurred to enhance security, but eight hours before the game you will receive your ticket with a bar code once you click there again.
"The next option is to purchase at USave, Shoprite, and Checkers, where you get a physical thermal ticket with features that we change from event to event.
"When you arrive at the venue, your ticket is scanned, and you enter.
"The third option is the WhatsApp option.
"The WhatsApp option has been changed to a mobile platform and similar to the link on the website, you click and it prompts you to purchase your ticket, and you pay on the phone.
"The blur bar-coded ticket will appear on your mobile.
"We have decided that people will get a reminder once you purchase this way via WhatsApp or SMS and you get your ticket with a bar code eight hours before.
"We saw that people expected the ticket to appear on your phone right away after you purchase.
"That will not happen, so you need to go back and click, and it will appear on your phone eight hours before the match.
"So, those are the three ticketing options, and I do believe it enhances the spectator experience and makes purchasing tickets much easier.
"Interesting over the last two matches, this morning I had a discussion with the PSL chairman (Dr. Irvin Khoza), we found no fake tickets.
"Is that a big one?
"Yes.
"But we must remember that the syndicates involved in fraudulent activities have only had two weeks to make their plans and we are aware of that.
"What is a concern to us is that four people were arrested last night selling complimentary tickets.
"What is interesting was that they sold the complimentary tickets for R100, while you can walk 100 meters and purchase a ticket at the onsite sales for R60.

"Furthermore, you can buy it on your cellphone.
"The patrons and spectators should assist us.
"The complimentary tickets are there for the club, sponsors, and contractual obligations.
"It should not create chaos at the entry points," explains Grobbelaar.
